Who can open this admin page. Everyone here sees every order, can update statuses and reply to customers. Money things (refunds, Stripe) still live with Dad.

Add an admin
If they already have a Spin Different account (from ordering), just enter their email. If not, an account is created for them with the starting password you choose — tell it to them, and they can change it on their My account page.
Analytics
How the shop is going. Sales come from the order book (paid orders only); visits are counted by the website itself from the day this page went live.

Pages they looked at
A "visitor" is one browser (a random id it keeps, not a name or IP). Visits from localhost / testing are never counted. Post the shop link on TikTok, Instagram or in a group chat and you'll see it appear here as a source.
Discount codes
Make a code here, tell people about it, and they type it into the box on the checkout page. The discount comes off the keychains only — postage stays the same. Changes work on the website straight away, no publishing needed.

How to run an order — the 6 steps
- Wait for the alert. An email lands in spindiffrent@gmail.com the moment someone actually pays. Only paid orders show in the order book — never start making anything that isn't there.
- Open the order. Check the shapes, colours and how many. The pink box on the order tells you the exact next step, every time.
- Click "Start making it". The customer sees "Being Made" and knows it's happening. Build it. Questions for the buyer? Use Messages at the bottom of the order.
- Package it. Hit "Copy address", write the envelope neatly, stamp it. Hand-delivery orders show where to find them instead.
- Send it. Post it, then click the next-step button. Got a tracking number? Paste it in — the customer sees it straight away.
- Finish it. Once it's arrived, mark Delivered and send a quick "hope you love it!" message.

What the tiles and colours mean
| To make | Paid, nobody has started it. Click "Start making it" on each one. |
| Being made | Started, not yet posted. Finish, package, click "It's posted". |
| In the post | Sent. Mark Delivered when it should have arrived. |
| Running late | Any open order 3+ days old (orange). 5+ days shows red — do these first and message the customer. |
| Unpaid checkouts | Hidden by default. Someone closed Stripe without paying. Only matters if a customer says "I paid but it's not showing" — then Dad checks Stripe. |
When things go wrong
| "I paid but it's not in my orders" | Don't make it yet. Ask Dad to check Stripe. If Stripe shows the payment, tick "Show unpaid checkouts" to find it. |
| Made the wrong colour | Own it: message the customer, make the right one. |
| Envelope came back | Message the customer for the right address, repost, add an internal note. |
| Customer wants to cancel | Tell Dad — refund happens in Stripe, then set the order to Cancelled here. |
| Rude or weird messages | Don't reply. Show Dad. |
| Locked out of this page | Another admin sets you a new password on the Team page. |
